1. Service Description
We provide password recovery services for encrypted files. This service is intended exclusively for personal files that you own or have legal authorization to access.
⚠️ CRITICAL: You may ONLY use this service for files that belong to you. Using this service to access files owned by others without explicit written permission is illegal and strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibilities
- You confirm that you are the legal owner of all files uploaded
- You confirm you have the legal right to attempt password recovery
- You understand this service is for personal use only
- You may select attack methods and customize recovery parameters
3. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors
- Pornographic or adult content
- Files belonging to others without written authorization
- Stolen, hacked, or illegally obtained files
- Malware, viruses, or malicious content
- Content that violates any laws or regulations
4. Payment Structure
Our service uses a two-tier payment model:
- Start Fee: Paid upfront to initiate the recovery process
- Success Fee: Only charged if password recovery is successful
The start fee is non-refundable as it covers computational resources used during the attempt.
5. No Guarantee of Success
Important: Password recovery success depends on multiple factors including password complexity, file encryption method, and chosen attack parameters. We cannot guarantee successful recovery.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Unsuccessful recovery attempts
- Time taken for recovery processes
- Any misuse of recovered passwords
- Data loss or file corruption (though we take precautions)
7. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any violation of these terms, particularly for prohibited content or illegal activities.
